  • What days are you open?

    Majestic Journeys is currently operating on every weekend each month, with trail ride experiences available to our guests at 8:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 2:00 PM. Come hang with us!

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in the Pee Dee area of South Carolina, specifically Timmonsville, South Carolina! The rural parts of South Carolina make for awesome trail ride experiences!

  • Is there a weight requirement?

    Our current weight requirement is a maximum of 230 pounds to ensure the safety of both the horse and the participant.

  • What are your COVID-19 guidelines?

    We certainly understand the concern around COVID-19 and can ensure that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, horses, and all guests. Here are the current measures we have in place, as we are constantly re-evaluating our list to fully comply with safety guidelines: We do require each guest to complete a COVID questionnaire upon arrival. We do check temperatures upon arrival as well as provide masks to guests who need one. Saddles are wiped and cleaned between each use. All eating utensils and plating are plastic. Proper handwashing stations.

  • Is there a price difference for kids and adults?

    Our price structure does not vary between a kid and adult participants– all costs are the same.

  • Do you offer group rates?

    We offer group rates (up to groups of 10) for each of our trail rides. The more the merrier!

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We currently accept payments via PayPal, Debit/credit card, and CashApp

  • Is there a dress code?

    Participants are able to wear clothing of their choice with the exception of no open-toed shoes or leggings/tights. We’d be happy to answer any additional questions regarding the dress.

  • What if I have food allergies?

    The first step of a booking includes completing a trail ride inquiry form, which allows us to gain information to best accommodate your needs. That form also gauges the food allergies of each participant. We work with each participant to fit their specific needs.

  • Is there a deposit required?

    There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If your date needs to be rescheduled your deposit can be used for a new date.

  • When is the final payment due?

    The final payment for your experience is due the day before your scheduled reservation. No worries, our team will provide you with a gentle reminder for your convenience.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Should inclement weather render the trail ride experience impossible or not feasible, you are able to reschedule for another available date. Light rain is not deemed impossible or non- feasible. The rider must contact Majestic Journey’s at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date to cancel and/or reschedule.

  • Is there an age requirement?

    Minimum age requirement is ten (10) years old. We have an ATV option for guests who do not meet the weight or age requirements. IDs will be checked under the age requirement. You must be 21 years or older to reserve the Hooves & Bubbles trail ride.
